Center your mind and body with Liz from Soulful Elephant at our "Yoga in the Wild" event on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 9 a.m. Liz's practice aims to improve people's quality of life through movement and mindfulness. Transform your body, mind, and soul, surrounded by the sounds of nature.
Registration is $20 per person and spaces are limited, so sign up in advance. Bring your own mat and water bottle, and wear comfy clothing to be able to move with ease.
