Yoga in the Wild

Center your mind and body with Liz from Soulful Elephant at our "Yoga in the Wild" event Saturday, Dec. 14, at 9 a.m. She aims to improve people's quality of life through movement and mindfulness. Transform your body, mind, and soul, surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Registration is $20 per person and spaces are limited, so sign up in advance. Bring your own mat and water bottle, and wear comfy clothing to be able to move with ease.
