Fall is here! Join us on Saturday, Sept. 28, at 9 a.m. for our first wellness fundraiser of Fall.
Center your mind and body with Liz from Soulful Elephant. She aims to improve people's quality of life through movement and mindfulness. Transform your body, mind, and soul, surrounded by the sounds of nature. Registration is $20 per person and spaces are limited, so sign up in advance. All proceeds benefit Busch Wildlife Sanctuary.
Bring your own mat and water bottle, and wear comfy clothing to be able to move with ease.
