Create a nature journaling practice:

Question Everything!
Join resident artist Autumn Kioti as she and wildlife educator Rebecca Reid lead you on the hike toward a fun nature journaling habit. Journey with us to the crossroads of arts, sciences, environmentalism and the outdoors.
Learn to ask questions, keep track of observations, record moments, create images and respect the awesomeness of nature. We will begin by meeting a few of the residents of Busch Wildlife: observe, sketch, question & answer, and learn how these skill can translate into a practice that continues out of doors and anywhere you find yourself with a pencil and paper.

Please bring a small journal or sketchbook,a pencil, and your preferred easily portable art materials of choice, ie, markers, colored pencils, brush pens, etc.
Autumn's preference is a 6x9" dry & wet media semi-hardcover sketchbook, unlined, which you can find at most art supply stores, a mechanical pencil, black micron pens, colored brush pens or a travel watercolor kit, but feel free to use what feels right for you, or experiment with something new!
